Supporting the business through its journey from 2 brands and circa £300m turnover to 14 brands and almost £2bn p.a. turnover whilst maintaining double digit EBITDA

Delivered >£3m p.a. benefit through assessment and improvement of returns and refunds process
Delivered >£6m p.a. benefit and 2 week lead time reduction (20-50%) through digitising and standardising product ordering process
Delivered a 24% revenue uplift on a sample of styles by implementing a machine learning tool
Reduced unpublished (unsellable) stock levels whilst increasing operational pick efficiency
Reduced group business overhead costs by >£2m through redundancy and restructure of teams whilst continuing to operate safely
Led a strategic business wide assessment of options to improve customer experience in North America
Led the search for the groups’ first 3PL provider to operate one of the brands’ fulfilment activities
Delivered improvements to the groups’ supply chain processes and governance in response to a mandate from government to address malpractice in the UK garment supply chain
